By purchasing hardware via marcel-hormann.de, a storefront operated by KOSTIANTYN ZABUN KG, you agree to the following terms governing physical goods:

1. Hardware Functionality

The units sold are strictly physical, empty hardware environments engineered for the offline retention of cryptographic data. KOSTIANTYN ZABUN KG does NOT operate a financial platform, does NOT offer asset exchanges, and does NOT provide custody services. The hardware is an inert physical tool.

2. Liability Limitation

KOSTIANTYN ZABUN KG shall not be held liable for any loss of digital assets resulting from the physical destruction of the hardware unit, forgotten PIN codes, user error, or the user's failure to properly secure their offline recovery phrase.

3. Physical Warranty

All hardware units carry a standard 24-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers the physical device only under standard operational conditions.
